Many experts are still calling Butler a Cinderella, but I don’t see it that way.
For starters, no team that played in a championship game a year ago can be a true Cinderella. Had VCU knocked off Butler in the Final Four, the Rams would have qualified.
Let's take nothing away from Butler and their accomplishments over the past two seasons. If the Bulldogs do knock off Connecticut to win the title Monday night, it will be the biggest surprise winner of the tournament since the 1984-85 Villanova Wildcats.
How would this year’s Butler team stack up against the legendary ‘Nova team? WhatIfSports.com suggests the match-up would be one-sided.
