Office Pools Picks: Week 16

23. December 2011  - Published by Dan Clasgens

The upsets of Week 15 were tough to handle. I managed to go just 7-8 in my confidence picks. My Survivor pick of the Bengals proved correct, but those that went out on the limb with me were burned by the Colts upset, as I feared. On a positive note both of two straight up bets cashed in as Cincy and Dallas both covered. Here are this week's picks:

CONFIDENCE POOL
SURVIVOR PICK
AGAINST SPREAD

15 Ravens vs CLE
14 Packers vs CHI
13 Patriots vs MIA
12 Steelers at STL
11 Redskins vs MIN
10 Saints vs ATL
09 Panthers vs TB
08 Bengals vs ARZ
07 Broncos at BUF
06 Titans vs JCK
05 Chiefs vs OAK
04 Lions vs SD
03 Seahawks vs SF
02 Giants at NYJ
01 Cowboys vs PHI

Year-to-date: 121-76 (0.614 winning percentage)

MY PICK: RAVENS - I actually saved the Ravens in my Survivor 2 pool just for this game. Look for Ray Rice to run rampid on the Browns as Baltimore looks to lock up a first-round bye in the AFC playoffs.

OUT ON A LIMB: REDSKINS - Any time you go with Washington to win it's a risk, but they've looked decent of late and the Vikings have been awful.

Season Starting Balance: $500
Balance Heading Into Week: $470

$110 Saints -6.5

$55 Redskins -6

$20 3-Team Parlay
Ravens - 12
Giants +3
Over 47.5 CAR/TB
